Learnillion provides an online educational platform offering interactive learning content, worksheets, games, and quizzes for children ages 4-8 (Year 1-4, covering KS1 & KS2 curriculum).
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial period.
After the trial period, you may subscribe for £5.99/month (UK) or $7.99/month (US and other countries). Subscriptions renew automatically monthly.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use by your household children.

Our Service is designed for children ages 4-8 but must be accessed through a parent/guardian account. We comply with COPPA (US) and UK data protection laws regarding children's data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We track your child's learning progress, time spent on activities, and quiz/game results to provide personalized learning experiences and progress reports. This data belongs to you and can be deleted upon account closure.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates with reasonable notice when possible.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes when feasible.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to indemnify and hold Learnillion harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
